So far, this is actually a pretty solid read. The characters don't feel stupid and I haven't found myself banging my head on a wall wishing they'd do things differently. All in all, it's an enjoyable read if a bit cliche. That being said, it's not over the top cliche...it'd be more accurate to say that it's simple. The art is nice. It's overflowing with eroticism seeing as how the artist also draws H-manga, but it's all in how she draws the girls. Aside from the panty shots that pop up from time to time, it's not like you're reading softcore porn.
The male lead is interested in photography and rather than being spineless, it's more along the lines of he has little confidence. His childhood friend, who he is crushing on, is really popular and he doesn't think he has what it takes to stay by her side.
Despite what the description says, so far this manga is not a harem. It's possible that other versions of the manga have harem elements, and a few of the alternative side stories definitely give that vibe, but this series at it's core seems to be about a guy who likes photography and the relationship he has with his childhood friend.
Maybe if the manga lasts for a while it will get to the point where it is a harem, but I predict that this series will be 2-3 volumes at most.
