I semi-agree with the previous comment that this is a little "same-same" - but as the story continues, the world-building is more complex and the main group of characters have an overarching goal with various expected [and unexpected] quests along the way. I'm invested now and I'm excited to see where it all goes.
So far yes, every few chapters is essentially this group running into new monsters that need a home. Then, the characters discuss the specialized needs of the monsters and problem-solve on how to tackle gathering materials, architecture, engineering, etc.
Within this is neat fantasy world-building and conversations between the characters about what it means to have a home and to feel safe & comfortable. They individualize these homes to ensure the monsters have everything they could ever want, and the mangaka gives extensive detailed tours of the adorably-designed houses/properties.
Honestly, I have such a fun time reading the chapters, even if they might be kind of predictable. I enjoy the home reveals and soaking in all the details of the whimsical art. It's fluffy, but creative with solid themes + the characters are getting more depth & development as the plot broadens.
I went ahead and pre-ordered the Seven Seas English volume!

Cute but same-same with every chapter/episode: MC and the group find one or more monsters that need a place to live, they go through various challenges and the place is built, rinse and repeat. If you're curious about the variation of the dwellings then I guess it's OK but at least some character progression wouldn't hurt.
