Copy paste of "I have a mansion in a post-apocalyptic world" but even more dumb, yeah, it's possible. The author makes several ridiculous blunders and adding to it that the MC not being particularly smart either it gives the impression of a being dumb and incoherent, it's for the most part another manhwa that tries too hard to be cool and disregards all the rest.
Ej: the MC sells food for 400 something credits and the spend several thousands, or he loads a car with stuff and after being transported he says something stupid like "I didn't expect to be transported with the car", given that he did want to carry the contents of the car it presents the MC as a retard for no reason.
After a quite bad start it gets... mediocre later, it's readable, still, not particularly good imo.

Read up to 22. Premise is kinda entertaining. Hopefully it's more than just a guy bring food.
