I like them and I hate them. That is how it is for all the characters. But, I completely hate Mel. What a pansy! All she does is cry and people love her.

Good thing she's dying.

What I like about this manga is that it was well-paced. I feel that not one page was pointless for every incident contributed to the flow of the story. I'm a little bit bothered by their ages though. The ending, however, is really good. It is depressing but still there's a ray of hope left. I'd hate if Natsu would fall for Mei right away. It'd make the story shallow. I also like the change in Shuu and Mei's character at the end. Most of all, I like how the story leaves enough room for the readers to think and wonder what will happen next.

I felt that her role is mostly as narrator for the story. Isn't that Mei is the main female progatagonist?



I felt that this one, eventhough (could) have good story, make the main chara go waste from romance side...

Andante is a touching story about young, true love and a common passion: music. This manga explores man's deepest feelings. It's wonderful for its gentle, soft but still catching rythm. Like the title says... "andante".

like what Axis said, the ending was rather depressing...T___T it didn't go as I had imagined which I really didn't like T-T i'm not gonna spoil anything though xDD lol

The characters are fleshed out nicely, and the story is engaging. On a personal note, the ending was depressing.
