If there's one common thread between these stories, it's that all of them have gorgeous, distinctive art. The writing isn't as consistent, unfortunately, but that's to be expected from an anthology. In order from most to least enjoyable:
Kawataredoki no Yume (Dream At Dusk) - immaculate tension, gorgeous art. How much of everything was a dream? How much of Harumi's words can you trust? This is, without a doubt, my favorite story in this volume in terms of art and writing.
Himegoto Renbo (Secret Love) - in terms of smut, this one is great. Enough plot to suffice, good tension.
Haru ni Shitataru (Dripping Into spring) - beautiful art, intriguing premise. Unfortunately, the space constraints don't allow for much complexity in writing. The ending feels lacking, but it helps if you see the secondary character as less of a character and more of an "object".
Koi no 100man-kai no KO (One Million Knockouts Of Love) - hilarious writing! Unfortunately, there is some dubcon in there and I raised an eyebrow at the "Good thing I'm so strong!" from the seme, when pushing the uke down. There's enough plot to keep my interest, and the ending is funny enough to make up for the downsides.
Kusuri mo Sugireba Koi to Naru (Too Much Medicine Turns To Love) - beautiful art but the plot reminded me of several other "promiscuous doctor sleeps with apprentice" stories. It wasn't that special, but it wasn't bad, either.
Hako no Naka no Ittosei (The First Star In The Box) - was confused at first because the two leads look incredibly similar, to the point where I couldn't tell them apart if one wasn't wearing glasses. The plot is not that interesting and the ending is happy, but unremarkable.
Akame no Niekami no Akari (The Red-eyed Offering, Akari) - has some interesting twists and dark elements to it, but is ultimately brought down by the "uke has no personality except existing for the seme" cliché, which I personally find boring. The art is fine.
Ano Midnight (That Midnight) - the only story I outright disliked, because the topic of suicide was handled really poorly in my opinion, and that last page just...makes no sense? It's a lot of "tell, don't show", and a lot of sad information thrown at you to make you feel sad.

Stories aren't even, but most of them have a decent plot, also the art is very good. There's a lot of graphic sex. Obviously this collection was made for fun, but it's not a collection of shallow, dumb stories. Characters aren't dull. If you like historical yaoi you will be pleased.
Oh, and the third story have a continuation: Fukurokudou Hirentan by Haruta though it's just a one shot.

The Taisho era!!! Great art! Hot ass smut! Different stories! I'm dead.
This is manga is literally the epitome of all I could ask for. All it needs is some childhood friends with pining and I'll really flatline.
I do feel like the scan group randomly dropped quality in just the third story, or it just could be the reader I read it on uploaded it in shit quality. such a travesty to do that to haruta's art. oh well.
(the cover story, the fourth one, is strangely compelling. even tho it's fucked up. made me a little sad)
