Princess Helena escapes from home to explore the outside world because she is being forced to marry a total stranger. She goes to Japan to learn more about their "freedom" to love whoever they want. Once there, she meets Shinichi.

Each of these three chapters focuses on different employees at a bio weapons research company. The first is about a woman who confesses to her co-worker after she finds a magazine of his in the office that features women urinating. She thinks he is the perfect man for her because she has trouble controlling her urge to urinate. The second is about the office manager being slowly mind broken by one of her subordinates as he fucks her ass constantly after everyone at the office has left. The third is about one of the women on the board of directors at the company. She is bitten by a mosquito that the company has developed to control people.

This takes place slightly after the last story. Jinbo has always been looked down upon by the girls at his school because of his looks; so why is Misao Kojima, who just transferred, so fixated on him?
