The story is well thought out, execution is also done well, there is coherence over all and within the chapters as well. The transitions aren't smooth as, let's say [m]Yamada Yugi[/m]'s but that asking too much not from just this but most mangakas, but it is still there.
While the plot and narrative are pretty much average, still what really makes this shine is the character development. Especially the seme who is quote cognizant of what is happening, is needy and cute in his own way, cares for the uke, and most importantly isn't a manipulative bastard or a blind fool in love. Hmm I would really like to see sensei to attempt a borderline seinen work.

Not something I'd expect to enjoy but soared above expectation in many ways. I like the characters well enough and was pleasantly surprised by the seme's tacts, sensibility and self-awareness. It's always refreshing to find a seme character that's neither a complete douche nor a doting puppy.
