Description

This is a story about grief, losing someone too young. The dead brother is gay and was estranged from family, and the family navigate with their regrets.

The tragedy tag is definitely deserved... although it's not overly dramatic or tearful, I came away heartbroken. I suppose I was hoping the time slip would bring about some closure or resolution, but if anything it just made my heart hurt more.

For anyone else who finds this under tags implying it might be a romance, it is NOT. The M/M relationship is between the brother and his boyfriend and is (tragically) in the past. There is nothing to suggest a romantic relationship for the MC.
