She's always great at making Kotetsu look smoking hot & sexy positions & erotic facial expressions. She usually puts more effort into making a short story than your average doujinshika.... Except in her off-tangent what-if stories, that are so saccharine they will give you cavities.
Barnaby is the polar opposite of what he is in the manga; he's supposed to be a blunt, brooding, chaste, barely-social quasi-loner, though she does remember that he has trust issues & that he misunderstands things, gets mad, & storms off without hearing anyone out.
While Kotetsu is supposed to be a messy mixture of pride & low self esteem, who is never blunt, is a terrible father, is easy to trick or confuse, & always tells a white lie that makes everyone perpetually mad at him.
The funny thing is that she's actually made a few more serious doujinshis where she got them both pretty on-character. I think she Flanderized them over time & somehow Barnaby slowly became a sneaky clingy over-emotional pervert & Kotetsu became a blunt fatherly power bottom who catches onto deception quickly.
But in the end, you come for the art & the eroticism, & as long as she's not drawing her Keith x Ivan crackship, everyone looks decently on-model & you still enjoy the book.
