It's kind of surprising that with all the attention paid to Pink Lady, nobody has really bothered to look at this sequel...although this really reads more like an omake than a sequel. It adds a weird supernatural aspect to the story where the main couple gets sucked into a world of artists. Which is interesting, but doesn't exactly fit with the main story. So yeah, I'd class this as an omake.
