Description

This manga utilizes a gimmick that's neither new or refreshing. The mangaka loads adorable middle school girls onto a hunk of steel and sends them forth for battle. But who can blame him for employing cheap parlor tricks when it has proven itself to work time and again?
The combat depicted utilizes resourcefulness and strategy, as opposed to overwhelming firepower and cutting edge technology. And of course being a shounen publication, bravery and guts also plays a pivotal role in their tank's victories. Still, it is not mind-blowing in any way and if you're looking for something with depth then you are looking in the wrong manga.
