From Midnight Scans:
In exchange for Naoe-kun to stop smoking, Nina has to kiss him instead!?
Oneshot (Complete)

Well, just to be clear, it's not exceptional, but I actually enjoyed it a lot! ^^
It really was surprisingly good for a oneshot. I honestly don't see what the bad ratings were about. I expected it to be really awful, after reading the description - I really started reading it whilst expecting the typical stupid herione who never sticks up for herself, and denies her feelings for the male lead right up to the end; complimented by a 1-dimensional bishie a-hole for a male lead, forcing himself on her every five pages.
I was really wrong.
The male lead was pleasant and respectful, and the female lead was a very realistic character, within the realm of her personality.
And they were so cute together~! ^o^ I even liked the manager guy! He was only a side character and had very few appearances, but his friendship with the male lead was very evident, even with just those few panels they seemed to be very close. Overall, pretty good! I only found the female lead minorly annoying - The only thing about her that bothered me was in the last few pages, when she started crying, but that type of scene happens a lot in shoujo and always plays out that way, so hey. xD
ugh typical shoujo manga i really hate this kind of stupid storyes most of shoujo manga are the same u can't find something good to read !! ><the only good thing about this manga is the handsome guy that's it -_-'
I'm sorry, I at least want some of the stories I read to be some what realistic-ish. But, this one is just so...bad. She meets this guy, haphazardly in a station and then freaks about his cigarette, (not before noticeing his bishonen good looks of course) and then again she meets him at a café. Then you basically go right from the summary and boom! That's your whole one-shot! But maybe I'm being to critical.
Oh c'mon. You bad raters took your chances. You read the summary and knew not much of a story was going to take place! Lol. Anyway, I thought it was cute. Nothing out of the ordinary but it still gave you those giddy shoujo feelings, you guys know what I'm talking about, ehh? Ehh? Just read with an open mind, and you'll enjoy it just as much.
