Echoing the previous reviewer's thoughts; I picked this up because the artstyle reminded me of Yamashita Tomoko's, and I can't help but think that she'd have done much better with the exact same premise. Kureshima starts off as rather likeable: cocky but not infuriatingly arrogant, slightly possessive and manipulative in a way reminiscent of more classic BL semes--which is to say the "rape as love" trope was imminent from the get-go. Oono is, in contrast, vastly more sympathetic and interesting even though he's objectively quite a wimp; shy and sweetly perverse in turns. Rather than going the standard but likely less memorable route of a fluffy, sexy romp, Pii chooses to veer straight into an otome's Bad End--as the story progresses, both character's worst personality traits are amplified, with Kureshima becoming increasingly violent, jealous and uncommunicative in spades, yet somehow it's always Oono that the narrative situates squarely as "in the wrong".
There's a scene in the second volume where I gave up on this story at that point, and if you get any enjoyment out of this manga at all, I'd recommend sticking solely to volume 1.

The premise would have made a great gimmick for a smutty story, yet the author barely makes use of the main character's "ability". One would expect him starting to have gay fantasies when feelings get involved... Instead, he doesn't even have time to question his sexuality as the story choses to go the typical trashy yaoi route: rape to love.
And it escalates from there.
It does not get better in volume two. More jealousy, more possessiveness and obviously the power dynamic in the relationship never changes.
But, because this is BL, all of the manipulation and abuse is heavily sugar coated. The story is neither moe nor truly edgy. I can't find any redeeming qualities for it, except maybe the soft artstyle.
