The story is a little bit flat and predictable, and I was thinking that the Sergeant was so much nicer than Kaoru (I can't help but compare all of this author's works to Okane ga Nai) until he raped the Chaplain ( it was rape because it was without consent, no matter how much the author tried to validate it by making it seem like the Chaplain "face his true feelings" half way through). The persistent denial of the Chaplain is quick to become tiring, especially since the readers have been given a kind of affirmative that he is in love with the Sergeant, and it's not even him being a tsundere, at the last chapter it is indicated that he still think of the Sergeant as a lost young lad that needs God's guidance, and its being served as a comedy relief rather than something more serious (self hate because of religion, for example) makes the characters' actions even more at odds with each other.

Usually I have this satisfied feeling after reading a light hearted story (simple plot, no one got hurt, fluff overloaded) but with this, I don't really know if I should be irritated or being left behind. The story just didn't seem to go anywhere.

I liked it!!! All the Christianity references and symbolism made me real happy. The couple was cute and funny. The only negative thing I would say is that it should be longer.

I don't feel anything stood out, the father never came around and I felt it was supposed to be funny, but it wasn't really. By far the most boring read I've had in a while, and that's something. I usually like every yaoi I read, at least to some degree. And what is that "angel"category? There are a few illustrations of them as angels, but that's it, there are no supernatural or fantasy components on the story itself.

I'm not saying don't read it, maybe someone else will like it, but to me it just felt like a loss of my time, and that's saying a lot in my case.
