At 4 chapters in it might be too early to leave a comment but I will comment on what I can see so far. however, it seems to me it's going to be one of those manga where eternal friendship gets shaken up by external party and one of both of friends understand that they actually have deeper feelings than just friendship...
So far I notived two positive aspects of this manga, and one irritating.
Positive sides of this manga is that the MC actually has a goal and something he (as an introvert) is passionate about. and it's NOT manga! An MC who isn't a hotblooded chase-your-dreams Naruto type boy but still has a goal, AND that this goal ISNT manga - Now that is really something you don't see every day!
And that's good, it shows MC actually has something going on in his life aside of, dunno, "i want a GF" type of nonsense....
Second positive thing is the interaction between the MC and his just-get-married-already female best friend. she's shown as capable, intelligent, but also a tease and overall, their interaction and banter are both fun and believable.
As for the negative part... ugh.
Childhood Lovetitis. Meaning, when MC was a child, he met this one girl (once, randomly, for a very short time) and somehow fell for her because she was all helpless and pure and whatnot. anyways, 10 years later he still can't forget her and can't notice any other girl. That's be sad if it wasnt cringe a-f.
(but you all l know where this is going)
which brings me to the Other Girl's, um... attitude. Sure, at 4 chapters in it's a bit too early to judge, but so far she's just being, well... impossible. just hissy off the bat, when MC at least didnt to anything to her and she's the one needing a favor from him. dunno about you, but would you wanna do a favor to someone who obviously doesnt even want to look in your direction? or would you send them on their way? (with a boot imprint on their ass)
Anyways, this is as much as i can say about this manga for now.
The art is OK-ish, not too bad, but nothing great either. makes is readable but is simple and a bit plasticky and not very enjoyable per se. but I've seen much worse so i cant say it's a negative point in and around itself.
