The art is magnificent! The story...not quite. I normally wouldn't mind the over-dramatic turns, but the emotional build up just isn't there. Like, certain things just happen out of nowhere. The motivation might be explained later, but all of the emotional journey that got the character to that point happens off screen. It makes the drama feel superficial and forced. Michiru ends up seeming very one dimensional.

It's too bad, because I like the premise. This manga isn't totally unenjoyable, but it was frustrating. The journey is there, we just don't get to see any of it!

There wasn't anything much to say about this manga. It's dramatic and over the top and sappy and melodramatic....all that chick flick romance nonsense that you just need to consume once in a blue moon (to pretend love conquers all and all that). I absolutely love the art, it was honestly the highlight of the whole manga.

I won't pretend that I turned my brain off to read this. Some plot points don't make sense, but whatever. We reading this for the art, mushy shit and the smut. I'm pissed that the scanlators did everything they could in the last chapters to take this one joy away from me, the reader. Like, drop the title if you hate it. Don't leave all these little annoying messages in the margins shitting on the manga. Are we teenagers? The fuck? Stop.
