Description
1. The Circle
All social connections fall into circles, some circles intersect, and some people can never connect. Captain Tachikawa wants to be closer to talented amateur Furuda, but it's surprisingly difficult.
2. The Box
After seeing the friend he's loved for ten years be swept up in an out-of-the-blue romance, Andou's more than a little heartbroken. Then in steps the freakishly tall Higa, a first year at the university, to pick up the pieces... if only Andou actually wanted him too.

It looks like I read Blood Hope back in 2014 and I gave it an 8.
The Circle (couple from the cover): I'm sure there's a TVTropes for this but Tachikawa has Everybody Wants Me syndrome. XD This was a really entertaining story, I love that Tachikawa fell for Furuta at first sight and thought he was beautiful, and Furuta showed a cute side when talking about holding back. Andou's character type is really not my favorite. ★★★★☆
The Box: Yeah, Andou's not for me. Like, I like size difference in couples and I like Higa's long hair but eh. Also there is SO MUCH violence and jealousy in this manga, it's too over the top for me. And thinking back, we weren't shown why Higa likes Andou or enough of them hanging out to believe that Higa made Andou feel better about his heartbreak.
"In my eyes, you're the one who's not used to being loved." I did like that part. ★★☆☆☆
CWs: Rape (Higa->Andou), Andou gets into it and forgives him etc
Blood Hope+: ...Why did the demon choose that form? He looks so preten--oh, yeah, that tracks. Lol that's all I have to say about this one I guess, I enjoyed the drama with the family bloodline, I probably would have hated the mascot angel if the story went on too long. ★★★★☆
CWs: Tentacles, but doesn't get very far (in Blood Chip). Temporary death, blood.

Circle starts out fine, though the school stories aren't anything to brag about. School life isn't my favorite genre, so the thing that seals the deal for me is the supernatural story.
I don't know what it is about Hisae that I find so interesting. Is it because he looks more like a DILF than a GILF? Is it because he's the coolest grampa ever? Or because he doesn't scare that easily? Eh, who cares, he's awesome. Hakuou is equally awesome, and I like him better than Kamui from Dakishimetakunai. Though I wish he'd let his hair down more often, long haired Hakuou is much hotter than short haired Hakuou.

Second that ZeroNine. It just was what it was. Nothing out of the ordinary. About the art of recent, I am not sure what my opinion is yet but I think I might just be partial to the older work and the way the lines flow together, the style was, how to put it, darn it haven't the vocabulary to describe my like of the shading and features that the past characters had. blah blah blah.

If anyone who read her earlier works were to read this one, they would definitely notice the difference in art. I prefer this, it looks a lot cleaner. Her style has become more defined and pleasant in my opinion.
The art style and tone seem a little different in this story, but the story itself - even it's a little shallow (which is what Naono's stories are getting to be these days), I liked it. Nothing to write home about, really.
