I've read up to chapter 82 (which is what's currently out) and it seems impossible that it can end at chapter 110. If that's the case, it HAS to be rushed. There's simply way too many open-ended plot points. One of which was just revealed recently. So it was probably cancelled or something.
I'm not sure why some people seem to hate all the characters; to me they're complex people with a lot of goals and such. Okay, some of them were imperfect or conflicted, but it figures you get a negative reaction when you try to make the characters feel "real."
The biggest downside here is the story. It's just a big power grab kind of thing. And not a fun or enjoyable one either. Everyone's fighting for dominance, and our main's really the only one who can do it - by killing everyone, of course. He could easily be the main villain himself. And he looks like a villain too, so no problems there.
The story's biggest failing, though, is that there's no sense of direction or goals. Even if the main kills everyone, it probably won't achieve anything, because then he'd just be a monster with no family or friends. Speaking of which, what DOES he want? He's like the only person without a clear motivation. I guess that makes him the personification of teenage angst. Blah.
