Description
From Yen Press:
Can a neurotically overprepared hero and an underachieving goddess save a parallel world together?! When the inexperienced goddess Ristarte is tasked with the daunting mission of saving the S-ranked world Gaeabrande, she thinks that summoning Seiya Ryuuguuin, a Japanese teenager who has utterly broken stats as a Hero, will finally turn her luck around. Seiya’s abilities (and good looks) are all she has ever dreamed of, but she soon wishes she had read the fine print about his ”overly cautious” personality.

This is like an NPC perspective of what happens when you play an RPG with the God Mode cheat enabled. Or what happens when you accidently summon the demon lord to play the role of a hero.

The goddess's name is Restart, something that shouldn't have flown over the heads of the translators given this takes place in an RPG game. She's the chew toy / buttmonkey / punching bag of the series, like Camellia from Kemono Michi. She's a hyperactive motormouth, like Excel from Excel Saga, her personality is really close to Aqua from Kono Subarashi, but with Darkness's thirstiness from men. She makes lots of stupid faces & is the primary source of comedy.

Seiya likes to train intensely & endlessly, like Saitama from Onepunch man. He hates loud clingy women, like Jotaro Kujo from Jojo's Bizarre Adventures & has a similar personality. He's a destructive antihero who accidently destroys towns, like Lina Inverse from Slayers. He has powers similar to Killer Queen, also from Jojo's Bizarre Adventures. He's self-absorbed & chaste, like Genzo from Kemono Michi. He has severe trust issues & does complete overkill on enemies.

Unlike other men in Isekai or Virtual Reality series, Seiya is so antisocial that not only does he refuse to accept traveling companions, he treats Restart like dead weight, but he needs her hair to craft enchanted weapons & accessories. He eventually relents on having sidekicks after he rescues a dragon shota named Mush/Mash (like mashing buttons) & his sister Error/Elulu, who bears a strong resemblance to Poppu Harukaze from Ojamajo Doremi. They turn out to be even deader weight, so Seiya uses them as pack mules to carry his shit. Seiya remains not-a-team-player & kills every mob they encounter in site in seconds, meaning that they can only ever level through training back at the Hub.
