The manga is stuck in a no progress loop for some 100 chapters and only then there is some progress. Usually I really like those cute, innocent rom-coms, but here, the drag was so strong. Even when something did happen, it felt like nothing has changed in the next chapter. The first few chapters gave a different vibe from the rest of the series with all the teasing, but then the manga turns into a girl being friendly to a guy she likes.

I kinda struggle to describe this, I feel like it's romantic, but since I don't have much experience reading shoujo nor am a love expert myself, I would refrain from calling it that. So in short, the MC is someone who basically inherit the extremely of Kuroko's (Kuroko no Basuke's Kuroko) invisibility, it's just his is a superior version that at some point the automatic door to a supermarket won't open to him.

Here enter our titular character Kubo, as one who always notice MC. Whether his invisibility and Kubo's ability to notice him will get scientific explanation as the series going on remains a mystery, but from being noticed (and continuously pestered) by Kubo, the story continue to the point of MC has got friends and almost like a girl friend in Kubo.

Of course if seeing it from a shounen point of view that demands action on most of story running length, this series has nothing to compete for, but the strength lies in MC's character. I think every one of us yearn to receive attention to some degree, but here MC is being tested to his boundary when Kubo gives him more attention than he ever think would ever manage with. I always find their relationship kind of cute.

Anyway, while there is a wish to see Kubo and MC get together, there is also awareness in me that not necessarily all relationship like that will go all the way. I would treat this like a loose kites and as long as it flies, I will enjoy it wherever it goes.

Honestly, I really liked it at the beginning of reading this manga because it wasn't too aggressive but after reading deeper Kubo suddenly became annoying and it didn't feel good in my opinion.I know that when you like someone you have to keep pushing so that he knows how you feel but somehow this is annoying,Kubo's character is clear as the title says still not for me if he is too often into Shiraishi's privacy activities. But it's okay I'm used to it from the start I'm not expecting more, I just need to relax from reading serious manga before.

Honestly, MC is very boring / bland, but alright. He is as the plot suggests, super forgettable and basically a mob. But Kubo is seriously annoying.
She always gets in MC's face and invades his personal space, and basically makes vague romantic suggestions and gestures to MC and then runs away. It's really annoying. Ridiculously flirty.
Only reason why people are okay with her teasing and prodding of MC is because she's above average in looks and she knows that. (that doesn't make it okay, narcissistic tendensies are never a good thing)!

The story is kinda ridiculous but it’s so cute and lighthearted. It’s a great manga to read when you want to take a break from more serious manga.

When I read manga, I don't go in expecting extreme realistic story lines. 🙂

I love this manga because it's so light and cute. The pace is slow but it makes sense for the characters. Both are very different - but they communicate well. I absolutely love this manga and can't wait to read more !!

I can't understand the logic behind this manga. The way the author showed MC lack of presence is like BS thing, you can't explain it without supernatural stuff and all. If you leave it that then it is a good manga but still it need some more quailty art to make it more popular.
