An internet troll who wanted attention, the reader criticized his favorite web novel, saying: “The protagonist is dumb and the author is stupid.”
Author: “… Got it.”
Unfortunately for him, the author actually listened to his (troll) feedback. The formerly lighthearted tale of a cute harem master suddenly became super dark and edgy. The reader could only helplessly look on as the protagonist was abused and betrayed, finally embarking on the road to becoming completely evil. Everything was a mess!

It's ok, but if you're looking for complex characters - look elsewhere.
Strong start and story feels quick pace but isn't as it always has layers of mystery. Most characters introduced have something to do with ML one way or another and you see a lot of them again. Near the end it gets a little boring as the story tries to shove as much s*x as possible since it's ending so if your looking for R-18 it's mostly by the end.
It had a lot of world building which is understandable as MC and ML explore a lot but I personally found the explanations boring and skimmed most of that info, didn't affect the story (at least for me) one bit.
My favourites part about this novel is the ending and end with the antagonist. Through out the story I had a lot of questions, I expected important questions to be answered or some unsatisfying results but it gave me all that I desired and a lovely epilogue wrapping up the story wonderfully.
