The manga is pretty ok the whole time. Just ok. Right when things seem to be getting somewhere everything just kind of ends. The weird thing is, they could have given this story a much more satisfactory ending but instead they went with this absolute dry hump of a last chapter.

While the romance was "good enough" all said and done this story just meandered around a bit too much for my taste. That and the main character gets beat up just a little too much, seems like it happens every chapter.

Damn well another one Bits the dust. I read this a long time ago but i just felt like reading it again out of nowhere and decided to add my review. I really liked this series, i mean i love martial arts and there fore i also like most good manga versions of it and this delivered. The fighting scenes were pretty good. Plus the MC was a little arrogant at first but he grew on you and the romance and the rest of the story was just starting to get interesting. However by far the best thing about thins series is the Art. Man the art looks really great and it made the fight scenes way better. Sadly before this got a good chance it got cancelled like many smaller series i love. Ill definely remember this one not only cause its one of the earliest manga i started to read but also it seems like it was this artists last series which is a big shame and waste of their talents. Also ill rate this series an 8 over all but the overall rating is too low so im putting 10

Only a little longer....

This series had so much going for it.... There were several interesting plot points and characters that I was hoping could come to fruition.... Unfortunately, it ended up wrapping up fairly shortly, and the rushed ending left a bitter taste in my mouth.... I still recommend it as a read, but don't expect to be fully satisfied with any of the resolutions....

It was very good, but the character development could have used more work. That said the artwork is very good especially for the female main he does one of the best jobs I've seen in drawing her on every page. The artwork is good overall as well though, but besides that this manga is actually very funny and the fight scenes are worth reading this manga for as well. Again shame it ended and the ending itself is a let down so if you do read the manga don't read the last chapter.

The last chapter ruins one of the main strong points of the main character and is a really horrible ending (not that I can blame the mangaka, he didn't have a choice). So, if you really want to read this, don't read the last chapter.

There wasn't much story to speak of, I guess that's why it got axed so soon. Characters weren't deep at all.

if you NEED to rush for an ending, you should at least bring the main point to a conclusion, in this case the teacher/student relationship

The comedy was good, though.

This was a good series. I enjoyed the fights and the romance that was blossoming between Kensaku and Nanae. This series was awesome. It is just too bad that they had to give this series the ax, and just when it was getting really good too. (._.)

This was a good Manga series. It was captivating and intriguing. The one thing I didn't like was how in the last chapter things were forced to end. If only they had let the characters and story develop even further... Can someone explain why it was even cancelled?

I've read the manga and I found it quite interesting. I love how the mangaka draws the female lead character. Look at her body, it's quite detailed in all pages.

To my dismay, they suddenly dropped the whole manga. Nothing happened between the two lead characters. Such pity because it has the potential to be a hit unlike (Tenjou Tenge which sucks).

Just when the Story was Getting really Good too! Why is it that the publishers pull the plug on Good manga just when it Gets good?! Good Story, albeit a bit predictable in some spots. Good Art, and Great Characters.
And on a separate note: Shueisha - FINISH THIS STORY!!! IT'S NOT RIGHT TO LEAVE US HANGING!!! Just Because a Japanese audience May not Embrace a Story 100% doesn't mean other Audiences won't!!
