i'd be happy if this were a commerce/property management manhwa tbh. fantasie of 50 tea recipes from the crown of the deep green or whatever, we're still reading so well done.

The start is a bit off putting but it progressively picks up and it becomes a very pleasant read :
- The plot is interesting, it is more complex than it may seem at first sight.
- The characters are good as well. The ml is a bit emotionless but he is intriguing, I hope his personality will be further explored as the story progresses. The fl on the other hand is endearing, independant and intelligent. Their chemistry is still a bit off but it will probably grow (you should know that the romance is very slow paced, not that I personally mind). The side characters are also quite good.
- The world building is fantastic ! it’s more thorough than I expected and it was a very nice surprise. If you can get past the clumsy beginning you will discover an interesting universe, that’s what kept me reading before I got attached to the characters. However quite a lot of elements were introduced, i hope there won’t be any of them left aside (the concept of the viridescent crown for example, but it’s the title so it will probably be further developed later).
- Last but definitely not least, the art is absolutely gorgeous ! Some panels are truly works of art *_*

Anyway I’ve just finished chapter 44, I still think this story is a bit lacking (maybe because of the inexperienced storytelling) but I still enjoy it. I hope it will become even better !

hmmm i kinda dont want the ml to be her brother... i know that they’re step siblings and not related by blood, but still... they used to have a lil brother who have the same blood from the fl’s mom and ml’s dad, so it’s kinda weird... it’s one of my fav story but i kinda want to pass IF the ml is her brother.. well if there’s no romance at all, im also fine since their siblings relationship is enough for me

Everyone's sensible and the plot is interesting. The art is super pretty and very very good. Only fault is that there really is like no romance. The male lead almost never smiles, even, so he comes off as pretty emotionless and bland. (A shame too, since the art's so good!) While in the story he's supposed to (I think, anyways) be slowly falling in love or something, who even really knows. It's like the author went for a slow burn, but... forgot the burn part.

With the only main characters thus far being the male and female leads and the male lead not pulling much weight, the story feels more like a slice of life about the female lead managing a kingdom, making money, and figuring out how to get a good ending (which is still a pretty good story lol).

Update:
Season one’s finished, and I figured I’d update my comment. There is a romance aspect in the last couple chapters, though it did seem to come out of nowhere lol. The romantic scenes are even quite cute, and surprise - the male lead has now even been shown smiling once or twice. The chemistry’s still a bit off unfortunately. Reflecting on why, I think it’s just because there weren’t really scenes of the two getting closer in that way before oh, I guess one of them’s really into the other one now? I get that IRL love can happen like that, but there’s just this disconnect since we don’t see any of the “falling” part of one of them falling for the other. One day / chapter it’s still all platonic and the next suddenly there’re strong feelings being shown. Okay setup complaints aside, the now-present romance is cute and appreciated.

Besides the topic of romance, the story continues to be interesting and engaging! Looking forward to the second season.
