Really amazing so far

Some shoujo is more on the light and fluffy side - this one is not that and instead reads straight like a really engaging fantasy romance novel. The reincarnation bit plays a large part and is woven in well, where the characters are all still their present selves but we're gradually seeing more of the past revealed too. The feelings of the main characters are easy to identify with, whether it's the female lead's resolve to be with her knight or it's the intensity of a fight scene.

I can't say this has a super original plot or anything, but it's written really really well. The fantasy magic element is great for world-building, and while I'm not the biggest fan of drama the heart-wrenching scenarios the female lead faces promises future character growth for an already strong-willed character.

The art is a little off in proportions sometimes but not in a way where it gets in the way of enjoying the story, and most of the time it's quite pretty and cute.

Looking forward to reading more of this, even if at the same time I'm like ahhhh the love triangle is going to be so hard for the FL!

So far one of the best shoujo fantasy series I've ever read.

So I've read quite a bit of shoujo isekai/reincarnation mangas and manhwas, and I'm confident to say that this manga is something else.

The plot of this one is pretty simple. Makia, the protagonist, is reunited with the love of her past life, Thor. They build trust and relationship as a master and a servant, and eventually fall for each other. Then, something happens and they are forced to separate. Thus, begins Makia's journey to prove her worth to reunite with Thor. And along the way, she uncovers a conspiracy that may hinder her reunion with the boy.

The characters in this manga are pretty likable (well, the good ones, at least). They have unique traits and quirks that make them distinguishable and memorable, without making them too obnoxious.

Then, the art. It manages to show how vast Maydare is, how mellow an emotional scene is, and how fast paced and deadly a fighting scene is. Simply put, the art is amazing.

Definitely read this one.

This story feels like it always has potential to be more but doesn't quite get there.
Our main character is pretty good. Unfortunately almost every other character isn't expanded upon enough. None of her teammates feel detailed, but feel like they have potential (though the playboy felt pretty cliche and so far there's not really anything to change my mind on that). The exception being the 'saviour', but even then I'm not fond of her character as is (but maybe in future)

The male lead also felt too plain, to me...idk why. He jokes around occasionally, at least, pre-magic school arc.

I'd like more magical theory magical growth. They have lessons but we don't get to see any lessons except for the first one they ever take, because it's directly plot-relevant. But where's my world-building magic rules? The world-building about a couple characters from 500 years ago is given at a good drip-feed pace, though.

The art is good. Though the scanlation image resolution is a little low and so mars it. Try to read the official english release, instead (I mostly read scanlation cos the site I was using for official english was down)

Overall I'll give it a 6.5 for now. Will probably continue later because it feels like it could be a 7.5 or 8 if things are simply developed better. I do wonder if my criticisms are better addressed in the novels...may check them out.
