While a treat to the eyes with a pasted toned imagery and wonderful costumes, this manhua simply did not catch my interest. The MC is okay, with a bland personality typical of the shojo genre (luckily she's not a Mary Sue, but i still sometimes unrealistic and acts out of character). The ML, the Emperor, is actually a blockhead and not a typical tyrant - while he did nothing to me and I feel no "passions" for him (and I prefer to feel the whaauza towards the ML; to swoon whenever I see him), he is actually quite realistic, a man out of his depth is a very cutthroat surroundings. But the plot is simply lackluster, not original and there are no interesting side characters. The mystery of how the MC got transmigrated is also badly drawn out. I also did n't get far enough to learn anything about the 2nd ML, o can't say much about him either. Overall, a mid tier shojo, with nothing to really recommend it. Skip.

He has no idea what goes on in his harem. He does not even know that his Queen was poisoned and there was literally a funeral. It is a wonder how his kingdom still stands.

Female lead is not exactly smart nor stupid, and i like this aspect of her. However, the author fails to develop her character as she is somehow able to plot out immoral schemes off the bat when she just came into the world even though she has always been living a peaceful life on earth. By that, I mean that she is able to plot the downfall of people without feeling guilty even though a normal person living on earth would definitely be conflicted on moral grounds. Secondly, the male lead is a coward, which is honestly refreshing. He is a coward who loves her madly but is unable to fully act on it as he is an emperor. Through this, the author makes him human as he later grows, albeit slowly.
tldr: female lead is alright, at the start she was kinda annoying as she commented on the original body without knowing anything, but as the plot progresses everything became more fleshed out. Second male leads are way better. Plot is surprisingly complex, wait till at least chapter 70.

Only 10 chapters are out but it looks promising. MC isn't stupid but she isn't a Mary Sue either. I look forward to more chapters
