Interesting start, but unfortunately the quality takes a nosedive as it progresses. Some problems that become more obvious at around ch25 even though I went into it with my brain shut off.

1. The main character possesses a unique skill that allows him to copy talents, but at some point, he inexplicably decides to cultivate for four months straight without utilizing his ability. It's not a matter of the MC acting differently from how we as readers would in the same situation; rather, it's about him not taking advantage of his abilities. The story has already shown that even low-tier talents can prove useful, so there's no reason for him not to acquire a few of those seemingly insignificant ones.

2. Too convenient: The protagonist always happens to be in the right place at the right time, or things conveniently fall into his lap without any logical explanation.

3. Classic trope of dead parents and he takes care of his sibling. Weird sibling dynamic aside (I don't think the author knows how siblings interact with each other in real life), the main character leaves his sister for extended periods without any prior notice.

4. The pacing feels rushed and lacks coherence. Initially, we see the main character attending school, but later on, without any explanation, he suddenly stops going. Furthermore, despite the story being set in the modern world, medieval-style buildings randomly appear, such as houses, a smithy/shop, and a chapel, which doesn't quite make sense.

5. For those who care about the art: Rough around the edges, which was fine in the beginning. As the story progresses, the style looks more rushed than rough. The art has a low resolution, occasional weird hands or limbs, and the MC looks like 'we have Sung Jinwoo at home version' now.

Conclusion: average → bad

Love this story. Dude can basically copy talents/skill from any living being, and gradually improves. It’s an OP skill but the context makes it less so because of what the protagonist has to risk. I only feel his skill is wasted at times as he doesn’t use it to its full potential, not only in time but also on his search. Great story and great character development is what you’ll immerse into in the beginning, so no overarching goal atm and world building is pretty straight forward. Only downside is the slow release.

Update : I discovered this manhua is based off of a novel that has over 2000 chapters.
