I remember when I first read this only 2 chapters were out in this sequel, which is probably why I didn't write a review. Turns out a few months later 2 more were TLed....and 8 years later, that's it.
So this picks up within a few months of the end of the original, I think. Takaya and Yurino are ridiculously in love and happy together but Takaya still had his doubts about whether Yurino is really not hurting anymore, and whether he deserves her after everything he did. This isn't due to some shoddy miscommunication, this is simply him being insecure and guilty, which makes complete sense.
All that is exacerbated when an old friend of his from middle school, Nogi, who knew the both of them in elementary school, calls into question how Yurino could possibly be happy. He insists the relationship can't be genuine, partly due to
Overall in the 5 chapters so far, It's a return to form from the earlier parts of the prequel. There's less angst/emotional turmoil, as there should be considering the developments in the previous series. Instead it's a logical continuation of their relationship and psyche. And it's so nice to see them so happy and in love and cute.
Really hoping some group picks this up, 8 years later, though I know chances are slim 🙁
EDIT: Sucks that the author and illustrator didn't make anything more...or if they did it's not on mangaupdates. someone message me if it turns out there's more out there?

Well, it's not as good as the first, but it's a pretty good continuation.
I like seeing their lives after 'The End' of the original story. You can see how some of the characters have changed, and how some situations kinda carry on from the prequel. I like the idea of having someone from Yurina and Takaya's past not understanding their relationship, which was something I wanted to see in the prequel.
If you liked the original 'perfect fairy tale ending', then maybe stay away from this one, as it does show Yuri and Taka having a couple relationship issues.
If you like the original, and want to see more of the two being awesome and adorable, then give it a read. I know that I'm looking forward to the next update!

Jesus, 473 days?
Hm. I guess I've got some waitin' to do.

I'm sorry, but this sequel isn't worth your time. The characters haven't developed at all, it's exactly the same insecurities, secrets and lies as in the first story. The side characters are just annoying and don't add anything to the plot in a good way. They're just there because the author had to add some drama, which isn't good, by the way.
It feels very cliché to me, the whole story, and I'm not continuing this after reading one and a half chapter - it's that bad, boring and completely undeveloped characters to me.
