A good story; I very much like it. The male lead is a mature highschooler, and he's clearly set his goal upon his former teacher, which has a 14 year age gap. Said female is ridiculously physically attractive, but comes with a ton of baggage. The MC is cool, mature, and trying to leave his childishness behind (as well as make the FL see him as a man, not a child). The FL is unfortunately, quite ridden with trauma.
There's a bit of mystery here, not sure if there ACTUALLY is vampirism, but the FL really does break out into hives and burns under the sun, and she seems to calm down by drinking blood. Could be just a psychological issue though, there are actual studies where people thought they got burned while hypnotized, and the body reacted like it was burned, so it's a definite possibility (just as much as vampirism in a manga if i'm honest lol).
Anyway, the FL has some trauma, and the MC has to balance being supportive and soothing while also trying to help her get over it (also dealing with the fact she's a widow). The FL has to balance falling in love with someone much younger, dealing with her traumas, healing, and yet also the fact she has a kinda clingy personality. She knows she wants to be pampered, but how much of that is her natural personality, and how much of it is a reaction to her loneliness and her trauma?
Anyway, despite the FL being a bit more clingy than I'd like, I really do like this story. The romance is good, and while there are 'other love interests' (that are attracted to the MC), they're never just carried around forever for the sake of a weekly plot. Confrontations happen and are rapidly dealt with. The story always revolves around the two main protagonists.
Honestly, despite the heavy themes and the trauma, this frankly is very fluffy and adorable, with a teeny amount of smut thrown in. I REALLY root for the main couple.
I guess i should end this review saying that 'were this localized, I'd totally buy it hardcopy'. Not much more than i can say about that.
