The manga stars the black-silhouetted "criminal" that appears in Detective Conan chapters to represent the mystery culprits.
8 Volumes (Ongoing)

Hannin no Hanzawa-san is the parody I've always wanted for the Conan series - one the calls out plainly the ridiculous number of murders, lack of police, and suspects plentiful. Honestly, this series is not so much for someone that wants to actually criticize the faults of a episodic saga but instead one that pokes fun at all the hidden universe rules. Chapters are dedicated to Beika peculiarities like having almost no supermarkets or nobody else wearing black.
The downside is you would need to be pretty far (probably Chapter 800+) in the original Detective Conan manga to truly understand all of the references. But where it does commit to being referential, it does wholeheartedly - there are so many details in the background characters that are from previous cases & the same old tropes even involving fan favorite characters are brought in. There IS an overarching plotline in the series, while unfolding slowly, has great promise for a Conan showdown. And just like the original, I honestly don't see this getting old anytime soon.
