Al seems to have disappeared, giving his soul to let Ed have his arm and leg back.
Ed seems to be dreaming the whole time, Al always at his side. In reality Ed won't accept that Al is gone, and sees him.
1 Volume (Complete)

This has got to be my favoirte doujin. Its hard to find a doujin that's not BL, and this one is one of those rare ones that isn't. They art is breath taking, the story absolutely wonderful.
It is a bit confusing, but not hard to grasp-the dream to reality sequences are the only confusing thing about it. I would love to buy this doujin if I could.
I love the art in every doujin made by Idea circle. It's ethereal and dreamy, and it fits very well with their story/plot stile: always leaving spaces open to the reader's speculations.

The lack of defined endings may annoy someone, but in this case I think it's a plus. And, unlike in other FMA stories by these artists, there is no real malexmale pairing, so anyone can enjoy this 🙂

This story is thought-inducing (well, it's a trademark of these artists it seems. good thing), moving, and has a nice supernatural twist. All in all one of my favourite manga readings and a very recommended work for anybody.
