Description
After losing her father to war, Amelia is adopted by Eileen and goes to live in her palace. However, Amelia is unable to adjust to the constrained lifestyle in Eileen's palace. While longing for her freedom, Amelia is ordered by Eileen to marry Lord Ray—a man feared for his cruelty and ruthless reputation. But Ray refuses to take Amelia as his bride and demands that she leave. Bound by her foster mother's command, Amelia seeks to fulfill the marriage despite knowing her future husband's cold nature.
