So japan wrote a manga about child sexuality that isn´t shit?

I have been on this road before. A manga about sexuality come out and i decide to give it a shot despite myself and then it turns out to be a mind killer. But not here for onece as not only is this an award-winning work, it is also targeted at the right demographic. Yes this may be for young girls and it shows a bit whith all the supernatural elements so that aspect didn´t quite work to my adult sensibilities but i am more than content with what i got.
All 8 volumes tell somewhat distinct stories and i would have preferred a few less but longer tales but repetition didn´t set in. The art is cute and all the child nudity doesn´t come of as creepy or moe which needs to be highlighter as this could have backfired spectacularly. The series deserves way more than a short OVA series and Naisho no Tsubomi - Mebae is basically another volume. The whole thing can (and should) be recommended to anyone above 10, a new scanlations is deeply needed and it´s also a bit sad that highly respectable gentlemen apparently read it too which is surprising as the manga addressed and vilified predatory adults multiple times.
A good managa with an elementary school girl as a lead is Kodomo no Omocha (8/10) and Crimsons - Akai Koukaishatachi (8,5/10) was surprisingly educational for a story about a school of salmon (and it even has sex!).

Well, I thought this manga was quite funny, I enjoyed it, yeahh okay they probably are a little too young to be talking about things like that, but still, it's all part of growing up if you ask me. I like Naisho no Tsubomi as it also has realistic twists to it, instead of having a plot thats impossible in reality.

From now on I have to admit that little girls in manga kicks major ass. Some homosexual tendencies thrown in for good measure too. Sex education, anyone?
