When I first found this series it wasn't in English so I just dismissed it as bad tentacle hentai/ecchi. I still wanted to see what was going on with the series so still followed it. It eventually got translated and it was better than expected. It had an actual story, character and even lore for the world. Of coruse it has the typical tentacle ecchi scenes but they have been very tame. Well, it looks like from chapter 5 onward the ecchi will no longer be tame... It's a decent series and I recommend you try it

All joking aside, I'm actually enjoying this one. This is definitely Borderline H, if not flat out Hentai, depending on how the censorship goes in the future imo. While there has been some deaths and blood and gore, it is STRICTLY limited to the male cast. Despite this being a story about tentacles, they're 'gentle' towards women. And the main male character is good, and I like the potential it has.

So yeah, as a fetish, I don't expect any snuff or guro (which i categorize as different than gore - guro is body modification/horror/death/gore all in one).

So yeah, if you enjoy tentacles, give this a try?
