The basic premise of the story is interesting. But as we start going through it, it’s not connecting well for me it seems there are a lot of connections were supposed to assume on our own. The ending is a rushed and introduces new characters even towards the end of the story.

Spoilers Ahead

The ending to the story was similar to “royal servant”. There is a clear understanding that the female lead will die, and their child together will eventually die, and ML will be left alone. At the very end, the prophet has a modified vision of the future, where he is seen happy with his family… We are left to assume that he is alone but content with the life experiences he had with his family while they were alive.

I honestly would’ve preferred an ending where he had the power to lose his divinity, and live out a natural lifespan with the female lead.

The story, the characters, the tension built by them don't really matter.

Everything changes rapidly, without proper explanation, there's no reason to follow such an inconsistent story.
Also dumb ML being 'forgiven' for incredible incompetence by an emotionally unreliable FL...

I don't like LN so I'm not sure what happens next but I'm confused on why only prophets can use devas chants and how come the so called real prophet looks like a sketchy witch using animal blood to see the future or use clairvoyance and she was freaking out when she could not see anything in the future only from those specific MCs and how come MFL is now so useful when she wasn't before she could have done what she's done now but didn't and I'm not sure why and how come ML killed her in the first place and why is he afraid of her using her magic? Who is the real prophet and is the FML somehow either a full blooded asura or devas or is she a half blood asura or devas was her mother human or not? Sorry for my god awful questions out of order and spread out terribly!

Feb 2023: Orionthehunter kinda says what is happening so far. It's good that she has a bit of development compared to her past life, but it does seem like she's taking credit because of her memories-of-the-past-life advantage. Mixed emotions, but I get where she's coming from. Just wanted her to be honest with the guy.

March 2024: (Oh wow, it's been a year already.) Plot is confusing at most parts, even at the end. So-so.

The Fl is basically taking credit for things the real prophet would've done in the future. Obviously, I don't wish for her to remain the same as before, but she comes off as a fraud.
