I have to say other than the author going off on some random tangents about stuff that doesn't even add to the story, it was ok, except for the ending, I mean the ending really sucks

One of my favorites right now. Loving the nonstop action and "power leveling". The MC gets more overpowered with every chapter and somehow the novel still manages to grip me into a nonstop marathon for 2 days. It doesnt get old and just gets better in my opinion. Translator is awesome too, he releases 4 chapters every day. Do yourself a favor and read this and show him some love if you love it, as I know you will. I am actually enjoying it more than the sequel though it probably comes down to personal taste. If you love a calm collected MC and Cool battles where everyone jaws are always on the floor because of how strong the MC got compared to last time they saw him fight, then this novel is for you.

not as good as the sequel. story is much more cliche than TMW. sometimes author seems confused. or maybe its his writing style. females in the story do far are all one dimensional swallow characters. not to forget about mc's hack item. a xianxia novel without hack code! not possible.

Read up to ch 48

As a prequel to True Martial World I didn't know what to expect but its decent enough. It takes place in one of the other major worlds in the universe. Their cultivation system is different here, more classic along the lines of IET´s stories. If you are fan of True Martial World this gains a bonus point in rating but if not then its a quite average story and weaker then the sequel.

You can read the sequel without a problem even if you havnt read this one.
