A nice mix of stories about the afterlife with gatekeeper Izuko as our guide. The strength of this manga is that it offers a variety of characters with their own unique circumstances. Izuko mostly reacts to them in an impartial manner, as that is her duty. Nonetheless sometimes a sliver of humanity manages to squeeze through her cool facade.

It's nothing outstanding but still worth a read, and considering it's episodic you can read one chapter now and another chapter a year later without getting confused because you forgot the plot. You don't even need to read any other Skyhigh entry. You can jump right in.

I was expecting stories of sordid revenge, and that's there, but I didn't expect so many tearjerkers and a few almost heartwarming tales thrown into the mix.
Good stories, read them.
