I'm not sure why but I have to drop it around 5 chapters. Focused so much on fighting but little development. Interesting concept/premise but could have been better executed? Love the art though! I think the setting of the story could have been changed (school setting).

Tried giving it a chance and kept up with updates but ultimately the story is pretty basic.
I wasn’t that into it after chapter 37.
Worthy of a casual read but nothing too exciting.

Why he doesn't want to transfer?

Is there any reason why he stay at that crappy school? if it was elite school I can accept but it is such a bad school , he doesn't have friends , nostalgia (parent's old school) , supporting teacher

Why are you staying?

Why are you pretending to be worthless when you want to prove something? You don't want people to judge you by soul rank but you act like weak person?
What will you gain by doing this?

If you dont want to use your S skill just ignore it altogether , why always using it if you hated it?

There is no explaination at all beside he will be bloodthirsty killer if using a skill, and, thats it.
We dont even know if it needs to be activated or manually on if he was attacked

I get it if you hate the skill , then don't use it? Prove it by something else? Like using strategy ? Academic skill? Communication skill?

Holy shit where do i even begin, first of all no there's no dungeon, monsters, and any otherworldly creature attacking. Its quite literally fucking manhwa about how South korea vs North korea should fight with supernatural power, so fucking stupid and of top of that the MC is fucking garbage my god.

It's exactly what superman89 says + some other weird elements.

Frankly speaking, I'm fine even with such a weird ass MC who's almost voluntarily getting bullied.
But what gets me rolling my eyes is the lousy world building in this manhwa.
We are just told that powers and ranks have appeared, and schools have appeared, but nothing seems to be particularly different than a world without these powers (For example, in The Novel's Extra, people gain the ability to use magic and supernatural powers and hence society is changed based on these new elements, and the new aspects of society (schools, rankings, powers, weapons, etc) are all accounted and explained for) Also, the explanation and impact of these powers are also virtually non-existent. We have no idea what's the significance of these changes on society, other than "people are now judging you for your soul powers".
Moreover, in chapter 3/4 when they are all fighting a mock battle, the characters keep talking and talking and talking. The whole situation just seems ridiculous because why is a third year student replying and chit-chatting with them? Just fight and stop wasting time oh lord. And despite all that talking, somehow only a couple of minutes have passed.
Also, why does he want to stay in this damn school so much? What's the significance of staying in this school?

Lastly, why is his power activation so chuuni?

MC lets himself get bullied for no apparent reason. His soul skill's (edya) conditions for turning it off are dangerous, namely he has to either kill or completely destroy the edya of his opponents. It makes sense as to why he never uses his ability with his class mates. What doesn't make sense is how the MC can physically match or outperform everyone else, even edya physical skills. He's just.. 'built different' cough plot armor cough.

One would assume he'd aim to be average, or fly under the radar, using his physical ability to at least help in fights. Instead, he does absolutely nothing in training, and always causes his group to lose, which in turn pisses them off and is why he is bullied. He is bullied by choice.

By the second chapter we find out that the school is changing to a military school. Meaning harsher training, more emphasis on fights, etc. The school wants him to transfer because he was already getting bullied and he's far below average. Yet, the MC doesn't want to transfer schools for literally no reason. He doesn't have any friends and literally everyone hates him. Instead, he 'struggles' to stay relevant in the school, while continuing to be dead weight for his classmates, hiding his ability, and allowing himself to be bullied.

The MC is basically a sleeper OP MC with a mental disability. Like One Punch Man if Saitama was a coward.
