Essentially, Kaoru's Cake House world is the surrounding of the everyday lives of four guys - Wing, Denny, Bob and Izz - continuously trying their best in serving their customer with the best creation of sweets and cakes. Along the way in blending the professionalism in their everyday work, their individual sensitivity always leads and involves them in their customer personal dilemma which in the end left an unmistakable pain to their ownself.
This manga consist of different oneshot stories.

It feels like... a less insane and more... meaningful version of Cafe Kichijoji, except the stories are shorter. Pretty nice art, (predictable, and almost similar to Cafe Kichijoji) but likeable characters.
