A young maid who cannot die is rented out by her master to paying customers to do whatever they want to her. Later, a young boy is also included.
1 Volume (Complete)

Someone told me to read this because it was ridiculously gorey, and boy was it. the arts a little dated and the plot is kinda lackluster, but if you're looking for what is hopefully the darkest thing you'll ever read, check it out. Just know what you're getting into
It wasn't as good as I expected... I mean, yeah, its got some gore, but its not too intense, and most of the time its humorous gore.
At the baby fuck scene, I thought indeed it was a bit sad, but as soon as he said 'its aaawwright' i started laughing uncontrollably because I've meet this phrase quite a few times before on certain image boards, and I felt like I finally got the joke
Overall, I think this manga is just overrated, the people reading it and leaving comments that it was sick and twisted probably having little experience with guro manga. I've seen worse.
Overall, I think i'd give it a 5, but it gets some extra marks for the blender part... That was something new, and extremely funny. Not so immortal anymore, are we?
When I read the first chapter, I was like 😲 , and later as I read it I went from 😐 to 🤣 . The gore in here goes from extreme to ridiculous the further you read it.
I guess a good comparison to it would be the Evil Dead trilogy in terms of blood and gore. So if you liked any Evil Dead movie, then you'll like this. For anyone else...let's just say that you probably won't like hamburgers for a while after reading this...
I read this for the shock factor, and I guess that's what I got.
Although I'm not sure if it's what I'd call shocking, if you're desensitized by internet media, but there's just no redeeming quality to this manga. It's gross to be gross, cruel to be cruel, and the "humor" falls flat.
The ending is awful, but was the only thing with real emotional impact beyond how the manga either insulates you from itself, or wears on you with a growing sense of disgust. Not recommended.
Okies, I have to admit. I was reading this manga out of curiosity since some readers dubbed this manga as the "Sickest thing ever".. and surprisingly, I'm quite fascinated with what the mangaka has done in this manga. It's exceptionally different from other Guro genre mangas that I've read.
Okies, since it is a GURO manga. Obviously BLOOD, GUTS-DEATH and VIOLENCE is highly anticipated. But what makes this manga exceptionally different from these 'genre cliches' is the variety of interesting characters that this mangaka has offered....
An immortal maid...a Masochistic (immortal) brother..a sadistic Head maid..a gut wrentching Pet-tiger.. an amputated mute (slave pet).. sadistic customers, notably a sadistic Oujou-sama who is (interestingly) still a VIRGIN and ofcourse, the incredibly sick President George of "A" country.
The interaction between each characters are well.....thought out..I cant really grab a handful of explanation to describe it unless you've read it yourself...
Unlike other Guro themed mangas like the works by Momoyama Jirou, this manga DOESNT just focus on the "SICK bloody FANTASIES" of the readers or these so-called "Techniques"..
Mai-chan's Daily life is exceptional because it is a sickening manga that plays with the minds of the readers with some twisted comedy, mixed with a huge spoonful of horror, disgustingly SICKENING and yet, saddening....
The final chapter about the baby is so........f*cking sick...that I wished she hasnt even born into Mai's world!
Though the manga did have me grimacing in disgust throughout the entire reading. How the mangaka ever came up with all these sick and twisted ideas for a manga, I can't for the hell of me even begin to fathom. However, more so than vile, I found this manga to be extremely sad.
The baby-blender part had me tearing up, with Mai hysterically screaming for her baby back.
I think it's the drawing style that makes it somewhat hard to take the manga seriously.
All in all it wasn't THAT terrifying, although I'm pretty sure I won't be picking up another manga by the same mangaka anytime soon.
while its nice the author tried to make a plot, there are large, large gaping holes in this.
we never get to know how mai gets to work as a fetish-rent girl. some background history would be nice, yes?
the summary is wrong. they are not immortal. almost indestructible, but not immortal.
the baby that mai has with the other indestructible boy gets killed in a blender
3.what was the point of the no-limb cat girl? was she there to show Mai's bubbly, cheerful personality despite having a job that she seems to dislike?
4.also, there is a part where some dude is shoving his penis in Mai's eye socket. and mai is still conscious and thinking clearly, as can be seen from the expression on her face.
is that even possible due to the laws of the human body? his penis is going through her freaking brain, you moron of a writer. she is not going to still be conscious, she is going to be brain dead until she heals herself. jeez, this is basic human anatomy. unless she was not human but some other kind of creature that looked human?(if it was, then the writer didnt allude to it in any way)
apparently the boy doesnt even know he has a kid with mai. um, wow.
yes, i know this is smut(actually, s&m smut, idk the word for it in japanese) but at least try to have things make sense no matter how stupid or ridiculous it seems. no, i dont want to read a manga about flying horses that kidnap little girls to build clones of female ponies so they can have babies and so the girls can built chairs for the horse's laptop with them, even if its smut. because that doesnt make sense either(why have little girls build ponies for you if highly skilled doctors can do it? after all, little girls dont know how to build clones).
interesting topic, but the art was cartoonish and the plot had stupid holes in it.
2/10 because i somewhat enjoyed it. good for a day when you dont feel like thinking about intricate plots.
It's so sick it's actually hilarious. That said, it's not that bad, really. Even MPD Psycho has scenes which almost rival the gore in this, due to the realistic art in that manga.
Ignoring the guro, and toddlerkon, the story is pathetic and has no development, and I did not care for the characters. If you want some guro hentai, look no further. If you want a horror story, don't bother.
