Description

Ever since he was young, Miharu has suffered from phantom pains. When his divorced parents decide to reunite after 15 years of separation, he discovers the exact reason why: his younger brother, Natsu. Apparently, he and his brother are astrological twins. Light Angst & Romantically Sweet; Unique Theme Thread

What a sweet, romantic and uncommon theme for this story! The connection of pleasure/pain is fascinating. Can you imagine holding such a connection with someone? What interesting pondering this story encourages. The focus wasn't on the fact that they were brothers. The direction leaned more toward defining feelings of love.

The secondary characters served their purpose perfectly. The tension of the delivery was paced wonderfully and the scenes Shimada-sensei choose to use for Natsu discovering his connection was steeped with tense pathos. There was even a tinge of humour; I found myself smiling at Natsu's distress over the forgotten dirtied sheets in his brothers room.

The illustration is loose and flowing and the seme/uke body types are genre-clichéd, but it worked well, since the main difference from other BL stories was the astrological connection. There is a strange Tokyo Babylon like resemblance with Natsu and Subaru. In one meltingly hot bath scene, Subaru..er...Natsu..bends over...So, that distracted me a bit, as I kept wondering where Seishiro was...

There really were two conflicts to this story...Natsu and Miharu's initial discovery and then Miharu's fears of the depth of Natsu's feelings. The second conflict was delivered in only one chapter, but it served as satisfying and fully resolved wrapping to this delightful, feel-good story.

Natsu really does get the better end of the bargain here xD (is it wrong i feel slightly envious?). Anyway, this is a unique and interesting spin on yaoi themed manga, but i think it was a bit anti climactic once the whole 'i feel your pain' thing was revealed, but, its still a sweet manga and has its funny moments. I enjoyed reading it which is what really matters.

I really like step sibling romance. It's cute in its own way. This one is again another cute one. It has bad sides to it. One of them that really bothered me is the younger brother/uke. He has such annoying personality it pisses me off. On the other hand I really liked the older brother/seme. He was the cool type, the type who had conflicting feelings about whether he should just be a good older brother or he should give in to him feelings.
Over all: cute romance, not that much character development which makes it feel it's processing quite fast, good art.
Give it a try. Maybe you'll like it. It's enjoyable either way 😃

The story was really too great ! i really love sensei"s work ! Every sensei's manga give me such pleasure to read and great emotion ! the art is really cute , the story really cute too !!
theres' is no way for somebody to not like this story !!

There are so many great possibilities for this story if those two aren't related!!! Plus, I would just like it better that way anyway! Translation is a little awkward, too. But I love the art!
