some stories are damn weird but there not fictional and the art is good.it's diferent than other manga these stories were complicated and intresting.anyway I enjoyed them!!!

Personally I can't stand this manga, and reading it basically pisses me off. It's just plain awful, as the stories all focus on the same thing. Sex and cheating girls. Basically, all the characters are extremely immoral, and you will come to hate them. Now, all this could have been made acceptable, if only the author would try to show the consequences of the characters' misguided choices, but no... in fact, it goes so far in the other direction that you get the feeling that the author actually condones this behaviour as if it's the most natural thing in the world.
I've seen some people mention this being realistic, but that's just plain stupid. While normal manga may go too far in one direction, and focus too much on glorified concepts of love, Girlfriend goes too far in the other direction, focusing purely on girls with no morals who wouldn't know dedication or love if it hit them in the face. If anyone finds this realistic, I can only pity them, and strongly suggest they change their taste in partners or find some new friends, cause the characters in this story are absolutely disgusting.
The only redeeming quality this manga has, is the art. However, even that has flaws, and many characters are drawn with huge lips that make them look like clowns.

Kinda perverted, but the art is cute...
Personally, most stories kinda make me pissed off, because the the characters cheat behind each other's backs. But, guess that's life xD Overall, I love the cute characters, and to me, art is the most important thing xD

I just decided to give it a try. Judging from the comments here. I was suprised at first... I thought the stories just really revolved around sex, and nothing but that. I intended to stop at the first volume. But since they were people who said it was good, I gave it a few more chapters, and then, I didn't hate it as much. But....The girls can be really annoying in my opinion. They can look such sluts. I can't really relate on what's going through their minds. Or maybe I just don't have a mature enough mind.q: I like the special story better. 😀 the boyfriend thing.lol I'd still prefer shoujo mangas. >.< don't hurt me. But its good. Something new. Also, the art is really good.

Thank God, not another school life romance novel with airheaded woowing girls that conect love with how many sparkles apear when you look at a boy.
High School Love with sex. Good read.

Hmm. I actually found this manga fairly interesting. The fact that it portrays true emotions with contemporary settings and speech gives it a nice feels. Not to mention the obviousness of the art. Of which is simply fantastic. However, the oddly shaped lips were amusing to watch hehe.

Translation, editing, speed and overall quality is to be admired from this group. Though, what can you expect more from this amazing group?

If I were to sum this up in a sentence it would probably go something like this: Amazing in artwork and storytelling, this manga portrays true emotion in a contemporary setting that gives a sense that the author can relate to the reader.

But anyways. Here is a review... kinda.

The characters in each 'one-shot' have different body builds, emotions, and a part of which can relate to everyone. They also have flaws that are understandably realistic and enjoyable to read.

And though this series revolves around sex, a lot, it isn't pushed to the point where it seems to have no plot.

If you think deeply into what this manga is trying to say, because there is a message in each story, you can come to a conclusion that we may be one of these girls, in one way or another.

Anyways, I really recommend this manga if you want something interesting to read.

Oh and I personally thank KOTOHONA for scanlating.

I actually give it an 8/10, but I need to raise the average rating for this series. This manga is showing the reader the other type of relationships that exist - the kind you won't find in shoujo manga - which is something most people should know about.
