Each story basically introduces an interesting idea then dives straight to the conclusion. Many oneshots have done much better with the limited pages.

I didn't fall in love with a single story in this manga, but that has more to do with the mangaka's style of execution than with the plots themselves. Granted none of them is truly amazing by nature, but they could still be turned relatively cute by a more skilful manga artist. This work unfortunately didn't do much for me, as most of it was rendered just too lacklustre and banal to read, let alone enjoy. Some stories were more tolerable than others, but that's not saying much. I feel like I wasted a huge chunk of my time.

A Well Put Together Collection

It might seem a bit off putting in the starting however each story is quite well done. I was expecting the inevitable stereotypes about gays and SM dating to come up but nothing of the sort happened. The positive framework within which the story was present was honestly so powerful I fell in love with this. There was no judgment of the characters for their ways of life by their friends, lovers, and colleagues; instead there was a genuine push for building relationships with each other and understanding other to help, not judge. Each story impressed me with its own uniqueness and the gentle and empathetic way in which the characterization and story-telling was done. There were a few awkward bumps, however they were quite minor and honestly linked with the larger narrative which helped make sense of them. The art is also very clear and strong.

The plot is so simple and action so weak that I got bored in the middle of the 1st chapter. The characters are flat, there's almost no action and the art is not to my liking but the worst thing about this yaoi is that there's just too much of explanation. The author explains absolutely everything, it takes about the half of the manga... sensei! for goodness sake, do you think we are retarded? can't assume anything? there's no need to explain every single thing, like how those guys met just in the beginning of 2nd chapter, if people want to know that they'll read first chapter... What's more sensei's definition of "cute" is completely different from mine.

I don't like this manga. It's just annoying.
