I've read plenty of brocest/twincest stuff before; this one hangs loosely around the middle of the pack in terms of quality for me. The execution could've been better for sure. It attempts a darker approach to the theme but is just not quite there yet. I'm also not particularly fond of the art, even if it's quite graphic when it comes to the smut.
