Hokkaido in the 80s: Life is not easy for Onko and her two sisters Suguri and Gumi. While Suguri, the oldest, tries to earn a living as a self-help columnist for a newspaper, Onko dreams of having her own little art shop.
When the three girls get thrown out of their apartment (because of little Gumi's pet rat) and have to move in to the Murata family's house, things get even more complicated: the Murata's grown-up son Ryo, once an uprising sculptor, now wheelchair-bound, strongly disapproves of the new guests, while his sister Sana only tries to take advantage of Onko in order to give her fellow student Ezomatsu a wipe because he dumped her. When Onko finds out that Ezomatsu is actually the cheeky boy who's been getting on her nerves ever since he surprisingly kissed her in a café the other day, she agrees to help Sana. After all she does like the good-looking and charming Mashû much better anyway...!
However, things aren't always what they seem. When Onko gets to know Ezomatsu a little better, love chaos is bound to occur...
