Wataru Suzuki found himself becoming the manager of a girls' dormitory after his grandmother introduces him to the tenants as the new caretaker taking over after her. The boarding students who stay at this dorm are three gals named Haru Nakagawa, Mizuho Nakagawa and Yukina Inui.

That night, Haru goes to the caretaker's room to ask for his help after running into a problem with the computer in her room. Wataru, who's a PC gamer, quickly fixed Haru's PC. Immediately after, Haru is embarrassed by a porn site she left open showing up on her screen.
