This was a calm, cute story. And I liked that when they finally hooked up that neither one was like “don’t bother saying no because I can’t stop myself right now you’re so hot.” They made sure the other also had a good time.

more substance than that 3 volume boring pwp by the same author.

this is one of the most shoujo bl's I've read in awhile...complete with flowers everywhere! haha.

and extremely sweet and pure tale of romance, it's unbelievably innocent right to the end. I kinda wish the characters went for it earlier, but in true shoujo fashion, no action until all feelings were announced. it was really cute, tho.

From the outside it feels like another sweet manga but looking closely, the struggle is real. I love how she portrayed thier doubtious feelings, how difficult it was for both of them to confess. The slow peace of falling in love and the overcoming of ones difficulties through support of somone we care about was splendid. Very realistic view on coming out. Really recommend it, I loved it to the core.

I absolutely loved the cover, and thankfully the artwork inside matches, however the execution, especially the pacing of the story, is dull and flat. The plot is rather nicely thought out, putting the cliche of gay people + cameras + flowers aside for the moment, and the characters and their roles are riveting, so I can only be disappointed when the only character who gets screen time, and who actually goes through character development (somewhat) of any worth, is Iga.
If this manga could be a little less Sparkly and monotonous, and Yuu-kun's, also his parents, characters could be fleshed out more fully, this manga would have been awesome.

The story has potential to be cute but the narrative doesn't do it any justice; it just drags on and on with no real climax or any accent to grab readers' attention. This problem might be better hidden in the author's more raunchy works, but for a story so simple and clean like this one, it needs a reasonably skilful level of story-telling to make it shine. That's harder than it looks and it shows here. I'm just so bored by everything, the plot, the characters, the romance, even the artwork. No, actually, I'm more like bothered by the art - could BL mangakas stop drawing their characters frowning all the time? There are more ways to emote, you know.

Of course I loved this story, the pure romance between 2 people that hadn't fallen in love with anyone before and slowly and clumsily decided to be together is an all-time-favorite theme for me. The art was very beautiful and pretty. I didn't mind the slow progress of the main couple's relationship, it was actually very cute.

However, me being me, I had to be pissed off by something trivial in the story. Jyunpei's dad degraded him and chose his younger brother as the successor of the company, even though Jyunpei was recognized and praised for his work and was more worthy of that position, because he suspected that Jyunpei was gay. This person not only disregarded his business' prospect and future success but also rejected his own child just by the mere suspicion that his son was into guys, something that didn't affect his ability to do his job well. Even though his behaviour was down-played in the storyline, he basically created tension and hostility between his sons and later excused his decision by saying that: "You resemble me and I didn't want you to follow my footsteps". I found this so infuriating and unacceptable, it bothered me the whole time...

I really love Kare no Shousou to Koi ni Tsuite, so when I saw another release from the same mangaka I was extremely excited. This story, while almost the exact opposite of Kare no Shousou, did not disappoint. The characters feelings progress very slowly and naturally. The chapters contained so much content that by the time I reach the end I couldn't believe I had only read one chapter! Having open lgbt parents was a nice change, and I would love too see a story about those two! The art is very nice, and I will definitely reread this in the future.
