This reads like two aliens trying to act like humans, while also desperately trying to keep it a secret from each other. The pacing is odd, the characters are odd, their reactions are odd. Sometimes it's like text bubbles are missing or have been mixed up. Characters react either too emotionally, or not emotionally enough. The art looks amateurish and disproportionate outside of sex scenes.
I can't figure out what mood the mangaka wanted to set: it starts off as comedic, but then you get hints of Kyouda being stalkerish (which is...romantic?), and Yotsugawa gets angsty about Kyouda thinking of another man. Was that supposed to be funny? Sad? Dramatic? Then there's Takahashi himself, and him and his family are...supernatural creatures? I give up.
I don't know if the mangaka wanted to go for a surreal atmosphere, but the writing reads like an AI was fed the prompt "yaoi story with stalker seme, insecure uke, love triangle, and slight supernatural elements", and barfed this out. It's not even dark comedy, because the characters just...don't have any personality at all, to base that humor off of. I will say that at least the sex scenes were hot, so it's worth skipping through all the...plot...to get to those.
