I really liked it, actually. Fl is funny, in the sense that she's pretty odd but not in a way that feels forced. She's literally just a bit weird and socially unaware. Her dynamic with the ml is also quite interesting to read.
HOWEVER. Well it's misunderstanding and miscommunication galore... which was very ok until that last plot point. Good god.
To not spoil anything, they introduce some man vs fate element that's VERY forced for the sake of angst and drama, but only one character knows about it and refuse to communicate it to the other. The way it was thrown out there is pretty much jumping the shark, especially since there was many more conflicts prior that could have caused it instead but... They decided to resolve those early for some reasons and changed it to that. Actually I do also think that all the season 1 and early conflicts got resolved way too easily for less interesting ones...
Conclusion: Waiting for season 3 to give a final verdict, but very frustrated as of season 2.

I adore our fl here, she's strong and has a firm grasp on her beliefs. I like to think that the author used teaching from their therapist to write Laritte's way of thinking

Season 1 was amazing, largely because of our lovely fl. She offers an amazing anchor point on lowkey carries the relationship develop with the ml. Not that he's all that bad on his own; his growth just seems to be largely catalyzed by Laritte

Season 2 takes this beautifully healthy & stable relationship they developed and shakes it, which is fine, but the method quickly because an issue of miscommunication and undoes the development that we've watched our ml make a couple times by now. It really puts a bad taste in my mouth

I'm keeping my 10 up because that season 1 was just so strong and I'm hoping the author gets things back on the right path

Oh, wow. I don't even care about the plot or the romance or anything. The Mori Kei-esque fashion is just absolutely lovely.

it started intresting, and seemed like the fl is funny. but it soon became boring and confusing. Dropped.

I love this one (season 1 complete, season 2 to-be-read). I think the storyline might be bit too slow & plodding for some and the artstyle is unique, but the artstyle doesn't struggle with anatomy and the storyline has the perfect amount of fluff to be cute without overdoing it. I can't see the romance getting heated any time soon as both MCs seem rather innocent and I can't see the revenge getting too dark just because the overall tone of the story feels more warm and positive. Compared to everything else I'm reading this was a nice change-up.
