I didn't like the plot, characters were cliche and that sloppy, messy art annoyed me to the core. Beautiful cute cover has nothing to do with drawings inside the book, in reality they look like if they were made by preschooler. Moreover I can't stand characters who just go along with everything, even humiliating or painful and Tsukasa was exactly like that..
The mangaka was trying too hard to make it psychological, the amount of drama is just crazy so it's not convincing
(child's abuse, hunger, violence, child's prostitution, neglecting a child, parents abandoning their child, mental illness of a parent, attempting a murder of own child, ugly divorce, violent yakuza neighbour, fear of being killed, actual murder, ignorance of bystanders - teachers etc.).
Seriously it's too much. The result is so-so.
Sex takes around a half space of this manga - it's sloppy, mostly forced (and seme was mean all the time) and business-like (with no deep feelings involved at least in the beginning, maybe mechanical is a better word to describe it) which was a big turn-off for me. I admit I have read worse yaoi than this, but still it's low quality and rather annoying. I was tempted by good ratings... well at least I'm not the only one who didn't like this manga, so be careful, you may not like it as well. Especially if good art is a must for you.
