Tsuzumi, a 37-year-old salaryman who works as a manager in the editorial department of a literary magazine, leads a daily life without going out to drink after work. While Tsuzumi is returning home after working late, he is called out by the mysterious, beautiful and heavy drinker Kuroda. Kuroda forcefully takes Tsuzumi out for a drink... The story depicts the "accomplice" relationship between the two as they eat a sinful late feast at 10 pm, when the crowds are thinning.
